MBM has always set a goal to offer the market professionals of high technical and applicative level: staff policy has been set as following.
The people that are part of MBM's staff, have a university degree and have been carefully selected among young graduates with the highest marks.
- Technical training is done through internal courses.
- Applicative issues are learned through a long period of coaching with senior colleagues during the conduct of projects.
This has allowed to be available to consultants, who can bring specific expertise in various target areas of ICT projects.
OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES
The number of installations successfully installed by MBM in thirty years, allow to approach new experiences with the certainty of being able to quickly interpret the specific and particular needs of the Costumer, thus offering the best procedural and organizational solutions.
In recent years, the methodology of project processes joint-management (Customer and MBM), has consolidated.
The first initiative is a feasibility study that aims to identify problems and define a plan of action.
This way of working has led to a number of advantages that can be summerized as follows:
- budget definition
- estimated time of completion
- applications acquisition by the company's staff, with a following possibility of self-management
MBM is able to use existing forms, to suit them to specific needs or, if it is the case, to develop original solutions that meet specific needs.
Each of these activities can be performed by MBM in its own laboratories, where same environment as the final installation is created.
The goals periodic review made by the team allows to controll the progress of various project steps, thus allowing the early detection of potential problems and their solutions to secure the successful completion of the initiative.
