The innovative system for real-time monitoring and controling goods delivery from sender to recipient. Allows to see transportation progress and geolocalize vehicles in movement.

Completely Web-Based, uses internet connectivity: it can be accessed from both fixed locations (personal computer with a web browser), and mobile units (PDA with SIM card enabled for data service, GPRS or UMTS).

The infrastucture includes a central server, on where applications and data are hosted (repository).

PDAs on vehicles, provide specific functionality to enable an autonomous operation, even without network coverage.

The main features:

withdrawal and delivery location management, in accordance to GS1 standards
formation of borderau and assignment to the deliverer
real-time delivery progress verification
notification of delivery result with batch detection (if required)
recipient's signature aquisition
delivery document issuance, printed with a bluetooth portable printer
analysis tools of deliveries and delivered batches results
examination of goods during loading and unloading (with barcode or RFID tag read)
display on cartographic system:
- of vehicles location in "real time"
- of routes and stops for each vehicle
- of vehicles, the load and the expected arrival time at each delivery location

The main advantages:

	Results in real time Immediate aquisition and notification of deliveries result (recipient's signature, causes of rejection, photo documentation, ect.)
	Geolocation of the fleet Real time location of vehicles and composition of the load.
	Data sicurity Data is automatically transferred from PDAs' database to the central server, as soon as GPRS or UMTS network is detected.
	Drastic reduction of errors At each delivery location, items are checked to avoid omissions or delivery inversions.
	Semplification of procedures Sending elctronic “Despatch Advice” to the recipient with the exact data.
	Billing errors reduction The timing availability of data on the quantities actually delivered helps avoid billing errors.
	Arrivals scheduling Thanks to th evisibility of ongoing deliveries, of vehicles geographical location and of expected arrival time, the recipient can better organize the unload.
	Notification Semplification The driver receives travel references and transport documentations in advance (download) on his PDA.
	Dematerialisation Electronic records may replace paper ducumentations by keeping both the probative value (notarization), and the tax value.
	Information sharing Access to the central server via internet with user interface based on a web browser. Every user based on his profile (sender, logistics operator, recipient) can interact with the system.
	Easily integration with ERP systems Specifically designed to be easily integrated with the management system.
	Try and buy It's not easy to choose, why not first try? Delivery Control is available on MBM's servers, for significant test, even with your own data.
	SaaS (Software as a Service) In addition to traditional licensing methods, Delivery Control is accessible via SaaS, the billing metric based on actual use (you pay what you actually use).
