This solution is made of different modules that can be seperatly activated.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The application is based on Client-Server architeture and uses a relational database.
The following platforms are provided as Server:

• IBM zSeries, iSeries, pSeries,
• HP Ux and Thru 64 Unix,
• Windows 2000 or 2003.

The clients are personal computers connected online with TSP/IP, operating in Windows 2000 Workstation or later.

RETRACKER^® Internal Tracking modules 

COLLECTOR is the tracking data aquisition module. It works following the materials flow: recieved from suppliers and production   withdrawal per production shippment to costumers or stores  There can be used both traditional methods (keyboard typing), and bar code readers or RFID tags. The information is stored in a special database which allows its use to develope the required documentation.

MODELLER

allows creation of typological structures of products (list of components) and related processes (routing). Thus, the difined models are used to guide the data aquisition, by checking the completness and appropriateness.
This way is controlled that there are no missing components or that quantities are not declared significantly different from those expected.

CONTROLLER

Provides support for quality control:

• sampling methods and control specifications definition
• analysis certificates generation and management 

For each batch of material is possible to associate a series of tests, and then collect and store the results.

STOCKER

is the inventory data and the warehouse phisical locations management module.
Its activation helps improve operations by turning the system into proactive.
There are, actually, available features that help the operator identify free spots when stocking. It also makes batch withdrawal easy, by suggesting the batch, according to defined rules, and by identifying the location. 

REPORTER

provides analysis tools to obtain documentations required by the system. The main reports, attained both via video or printer are the following:

• first level compostition
• scale composition (all levels below)
• first level target
• scale target (all levels below)
• inspection certificate 

The documentation can be generated in multiple languages.
