MBM was established in 1980 with the aim of providing technical and applicative support in designing and developing information systems for manufacturing companies.
The exellent knowledge of the basic software and the ways to use it, the mastery of applicative issues and the funding members' previous experience in similar fields, allowed MBM to propose itself from the beginning, as an ideal partner in the process of computerization of materials and resources management.
To better follow the installations being installed and those already installed, the evoltion and maintenance of products, and for a greater autonomy, development centers were established in the early '80s, equipped with different types and power of computers.
From the most important installations, MBM has gained the experience to identify the requirements that must be met in every successful software solution, and based on the results, has created a series of products operating on Mainframe IBM, IBM AS/400 platform, Unix environment and network of personel computers. These highly modular applications are proposed to resolve problems that are typical to the main management areas: sales, manufacturing and purchasing.
